for Submission of Admission Data 2008-09 by the Coordinators of the Study
Centres (AI)
Please
download the Admission Database Structure.
Make
Entry of all the Students Record in this Database Structure.
Scan
the Photographs in the .jpg format and save the filename as Enrolmentno.jpg
for each student.
Take
the printout of the Student record.
Make
a CD of the Database and the .jpg files of the photographs
Submit
the CD along with the prinout, original Admission Forms to your concerned
Regional Centre. You can aslo send the Admission data through e-mail to your
concerned Regional Cenre.
If you are not able to scan the Photograph then deposit the Admission data
CD without the scanned photo data.
